WEDNESDAY, 6 OCTOBER

IGNITE
 CHALLENGE WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS POSSIBLE

EO Unlimited begins on Wednesday afternoon, when entrepreneurs from across Europe come together in Amsterdam.

After registration and a relaxed welcome, we officially open the festival with stories and perspectives from Mavericks, Idealists and Gamechangers. Entrepreneurs who challenged convention, transformed their industries and created their own path.

From there, we take to the water. Experience Amsterdam from its historic canals while connecting with fellow entrepreneurs over drinks, conversation and spectacular city views.

The evening continues with curated dinners in small groups across Amsterdam. No predictable networking and no empty small talk, but meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs who understand the opportunities and challenges you face.

THURSDAY, 7 OCTOBER

TRANSFORM
 A FESTIVAL OF IDEAS, ENERGY AND CONNECTION

Thursday is the beating heart of EO Unlimited 2027.

A full day where entrepreneurship, creativity and festival energy come together. Expect powerful speakers, unexpected performances, interactive experiences and perspectives that challenge how you think, lead and build.

You will not remain on the sidelines. Throughout the day, you will exchange ideas with fellow entrepreneurs, reflect on your own reality and transform fresh insights into new choices and ambitions.
Between the main programme and immersive sessions, there will be plenty of space to explore, enjoy great food and make valuable connections.

As day turns into night, the festival continues with dinner, music and the legendary Orange Party. An unforgettable celebration filled with connection, energy and pure orange spirit.

FRIDAY, 8 OCTOBER

APPLY
 MOVE FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION

On Friday, Amsterdam becomes your entrepreneurial playground.

During the Scale-up Safari, you will explore the city in small groups and step inside forward thinking companies. Meet the entrepreneurs behind them, experience their businesses up close and hear the honest stories behind their growth.
No polished theories, but real decisions, setbacks, breakthroughs and lessons from entrepreneurs who are building every day.

After the Safari, we come together for lunch before moving into a powerful final afternoon. Through inspiring speakers, shared reflection and meaningful conversations, we connect the experiences and insights of the previous days to your own leadership, business and ambitions.

What will you take home? What will you do differently? And which idea are you ready to turn into action?
EO Unlimited 2027 concludes with a shared closing dinner. A final moment to connect, celebrate new friendships and look ahead to what comes next.

For those who are still not ready to call it a night, an optional MyEO Amsterdam Experience will follow. Separate registration will apply.

What is EO Unlimited 2027?
EO Unlimited 2027 is a three day entrepreneurial festival built around bold ideas, meaningful connections and real world application. It brings together Mavericks, Idealists and Gamechangers from across Europe for an experience that moves from inspiration to transformation and action.
When will EO Unlimited 2027 take place?

EO Unlimited 2027 will take place from Wednesday, 6 October until Friday, 8 October 2027.

The programme begins on Wednesday afternoon and concludes with a closing dinner on Friday evening. For those who want to continue, an optional MyEO Amsterdam Experience will follow later that evening.

Where will the event take place?
EO Unlimited 2027 will take place across Amsterdam. Rather than staying in one traditional conference venue, participants will experience different parts of the city through an inspiring mix of programme locations, social experiences and company visits. The exact locations will be revealed closer to the event.
Who can attend EO Unlimited 2027?
EO Unlimited 2027 is created for EO members from across Europe and beyond. Each attending EO member may bring one guest, such as a spouse, SLP or other personal guest. Guest registration must be linked to the registration of an EO member.
What can I expect from the programme?

The three days follow a clear journey.

TRANSFORM brings together speakers, creativity, interaction, music and festival energy to turn inspiration into personal and strategic direction.

APPLY takes you inside forward thinking companies before bringing everyone back together for an inspiring final afternoon filled with speakers, reflection and meaningful conversations. The event concludes with a shared closing dinner.

Who will be speaking?

The stage belongs to Mavericks, Idealists and Gamechangers: extraordinary entrepreneurs, original thinkers and people who have challenged convention or transformed their industries.

The first speakers have now been announced, with more inspiring names and unexpected perspectives still to come.

What language will be used during the event?
The official language of EO Unlimited 2027 is English. All main programme sessions and event communications will be in English.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket provides access to the official EO Unlimited programme and the experiences included in your selected ticket category. The registration page will specify exactly which sessions, meals, activities and social events are included. Travel to Amsterdam, accommodation and separately registered MyEO activities are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Where should I stay in Amsterdam?

We will be working with a dedicated accommodation partner to offer EO Unlimited participants a selection of convenient hotel options and preferred rates.

A dedicated booking portal will be available soon. To benefit from the selected hotels and event rates, we recommend waiting to book your stay until we share the official booking link.

Our accommodation partner will also be able to assist if you wish to arrive earlier, extend your stay or have questions about your reservation.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. You will be able to share dietary requirements and relevant allergies during registration. We will work with our hospitality partners to accommodate these wherever reasonably possible.
What is the dress code?
EO Unlimited will combine business learning, outdoor movement, dinners and festival experiences. Dress codes and practical recommendations for each programme component will be shared in advance. Expect a smart casual approach for most of the event, comfortable clothing for Friday’s active programme and, of course, something orange for the legendary Orange Party.
Is the Friday evening MyEO experience included?
The Friday evening MyEO Amsterdam Experience is an optional event and requires separate registration. Further details, availability and pricing will be announced at a later stage.
Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?
Cancellation and transfer conditions are determined by the official registration terms applicable to your ticket. Please review these conditions carefully when booking or contact the registration team if your plans change.
How will I receive event updates?
Registered participants will receive practical information, programme updates and final event details by email. Important updates will also be published on the EO Unlimited 2027 website and communicated through official EO channels.

An entrepreneur in the corporate events sector for 38 years with Daymakers (now part of the ITA Group) and a leader in the Dutch events industry. Within EO, has been involved in initiatives such as EO Universities in Amsterdam and Lisbon, as well as EO Unlimited events in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. This EO Unlimited event promises to be the icing on the cake!

Driving force

With his award-winning company Bijker Film & TV, David built a strong track record in film and major live televised events. He also co-founded IT company Gapstars, which he has since exited. His ambition for Unlimited: a once-in-a-lifetime event that feels less like a conference and more like a life-changing festival.
